1) Research & Data Collection Intake Evaluating all parameters affecting the problem. We studying related drawings and documents Provide a site visit to the customer’s facilities
2) Create a new concept to address the problem, or develop and modify existing processing concepts. Thorough discussion would be held with the customer’s engineers so that all of their concerns are reflected in the final design solutions.
3) Make a final design for the new process utilizing SolidWorks software to produce all engineering drawings for the new mechanical parts and for the parts required to match the existing system.
